6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1 cooked chicken breast (cut or pulled into bit sizes)
3 steamed asparagus spears (cut into pieces)
pinch of basil
pinch of seasoning salt (optional)
pinch of fresh cracked pepper
pinch of garlic powder
Take all eggs and whisk in bowl with seasonings.
Mix in chicken and asparagus.
Heat medium pan on medium heat and put eggs mixture in (may have to use marg/butter if you have non stick pan).
Let cook for a few minutes
Place in 350 oven for 10-20 minutes or until eggs are no longer runny on top. Make sure you have a pan that can go into the oven.
This is a kick ass high protein breakfast (or any other meal) that can be made the night before!
