Lookin Good Pale. With a diet like that, and from the way you look, i think you could afford to eat even more cheat meals without getting fatter. In bodybuilding, trying to get bigger while stayin lean is an oxymoron. To get bigger, you gotta get stronger To get stronger, you gotta eat planny...and not just a lot of protein. Protein is for muscle building, but its the fats and carbs that'll give you the crazy energy to lift some heavy ass weight. From my experience in this game, the guys that make the most progress in the long run, are the guys that eat big. Just be happy that you have a super fast metabolism. Good luck buddy!
