i want feedback on using t3 & clen during cycle.deca test d-bol.

Yeah you could use it...But if your truely trying to bulk, which obviously you are with a deca/test/dbol stack...stick to that.
Don't try and bulk & cut at the same time. Very few people can do that successfully.
If it's water bloat your concerned about then run nolva or ldex or both throughout.
