well im on my 7th day on m1t,looking good in the mirror........
funny thing is when i did my first two routines today for chest it wasn't happening
i decided to do hammer strength bench press,i mix it up week to week
i was only able to do 4reps in a set
basically ended up doing 4sets o 4reps cause by the 5th rep il be cramped up
so i was like WTF MANG ,decided to see if this was the case on machines,wasn't that restricted gont 12 rep easily?
i dunno, is this common from m1t?
