LR3 out of the fridg and for how long is safe.....

I'm going to the mountains this morning and it'll be a 2-3 hour trip. How long is it safe to keep it out of the fridg ? I would pack it in ice but I don't want the wife to get suspicous. It's around 55-65 degrees out here today is that a safe temp ?

You probably have already left, but I'd try to keep it in a cooler or something. It probably won't be affected at all, but it's not something you want to make a habit of.
