well IGF LR3 is a bit different than insulin. have you ever done slin? if i were you id wait untill atleast 30 to do growth, just because of all the anti-aging benifits you will get from it, and also at 23 your GH levels should be pretty high

slin= insulin for short. check out that link i put up, also look in the educational forum. insulin is very dangerous if not done correctly
