i was just thinking about the two different methods for administering igf-1lr3 and came up with this proposition. could it be that the am/pm method works better to burn fat than the post w/o method?
with the am/pm method, i would think that the body is put into a deeper ketosis twice daily vs. just once for the post w/o method. i could be totally off here though. i haven't really been looking for or noticing a trend in anecdotal reports on this, but i intend to do so from now on. what do you think?
