I no longer have a work out partner due to him moving, so its kinda hard to lift heavy & get hella strong. I also just got off creatine to cleanse the system,unfortunatly lately I've been noticing that I think im loosing strength in my bench and incline dumbell exercises.I train chest on Mondays,Now I dont know if Im loosing strength because of the creatine, or because every other weekend Im Racin' Motocross, now that sort of exercise definatly fatigues my tris/chest.![]()
Any sugg?? Hop back on the creatine? Suggestions? Thanks Bros!!! and broettes'
