Bros my strength is really getting up there. I did shoulders/quads today. I did shoulder press, 105 dumbbells 3 sets/8 reps, and then upright rows with 175 3 sets/6 reps, with strict ass form. I am loving it. I also stepped on the scale today. 213!!! Unbelieveable. I just wanted to share the good news bros. Its awsome to see your body transforming right in front of you!![]()
