im on hrt 100-150mg/ed. very sensitive to estrogen. my lactation in my pecs went from milky color to clear, so it is now estrogen gyno. questiuon is if i had to choose between nolva and l-dex which would u choose? im retaining water like crazy also.

nolva will stop the estrogen from binding to the glands, ldex will stop the conversion of estrogen
i would take both
