Liquid Nolva Question

I just started a cycle of GHN SUST and wanted to know how many mgs. of liquid Nolvadex do I take each day. Keep in mind that I do have alittle pre-existing gyno and i am gyno prone. Also, will the liquid Nolvadez hinder my gain?

I'd run 20 mgs ed and see how that goes.Should it flair up,bring the dose to 60 mgs ed and that should reduce the symtoms.At a dose of 20 mgs ed,it won't hinder gains,at a higher dose it possibly could,but what is more important,getting rid of the gyno or possibly missing out on a pound or so?
