I know a proper diet is key in building muscle and gaining mass.
I do have some trouble in upping my calories and taking on-board more food. I use prolab Nlarge to supplement my diet to get that little extra.Will i still see results even if i don't quite get enough calories and protein down me each day?
sure, but why settle for second rate gains? get your calories bro. just try upping them slowly but surely. you cant go from 2000 per day to 6000 per day in 2 days. its like getting stronger, you gotta work your way into it slowly.
