ok, I'm doing my winny depot.
my original plan was to do 1.5 ml MWF. but now I'm thinking about switching to 1ml-M, 2ml-W, 1ml-F, my logic being my heaviest/best lift days are t-th.
what plan is better?
also, I have some creatine I'm taking with it, kind of a psedo stack. any problem there?
