So, I have done two different cycles over the past two years. One Test E the other with Test C, both with Dbol and the second with a Test Prop kick along with the normal post cycle supplements. While I have lifted for years, I don't believe that I took my body as far as I could go before jumping on the juice wagon. In my opinion, my joints weren't ready for it. My strength shot thru the roof and my tendons just couldn't hang. I have since been experiencing tendonitis in my right elbow something bad since last year.

I have been a member of a couple of different forums. I started out over at ********* (I know, I know) and then went to Chopdewey. I sort of dropped off the map after my last cycle. Basically as a result of my elbow problem, I then got burned out and started riding a mountain bike again. Unfortunatly this reuslted in my riding off some of my gains. On my last cycle I started out at 174 and peaked at 194. After riding all summer I was back down to 181. Since the weather has broke, I have not been on the bike as much, still eating the same, increased my protein intake and went back in the gym about 3 weeks ago. I am now weighing in at 186 as of today. I don't really have a weight goal if you will but I do know how I want to look. I am hoping to simply build out my upper body a bit since my legs have always been pretty good though they could use a little more sweep to them.

My biggest issue is a little bit of a gyno problem that I have had for years. I can't say that it got any worse with my past cycles but it certainly never got smaller. So I am determined to work through the winter fairly naturally and then run a cut cycle in maybe February. I also want to look at a cycle that will help me to maybe reduce some of this gyno chemically. For my first post on this site I made a thread addressing this. So between now and then my goal is to put on a little more muscle and work on finding a new source for my stuff. I trust no one over at ********* of course and have lost contact the the folks at Chopdewey though I will be exploring that again.

So there you have it. I have some work ahead of me and I can honestly say that I wish I was on cycle right now because I really dislike being sore all the time again!

Well, I am still here and still going at it. So far my elbow has been holding up though I have not been lifting weights of astronomical proportion either. None the less, the device my doctor told me to buy in conjunction with my glucoseamine seem to be doing the trick.

I am going ahead and using a bottle of Test Prop as a bit of a kicker to get me going. Nothing special. The reality is that it probably is not going to do too much for me because I will only be on it for about 2.5 weeks if you will. But I can say that it is helping a little bit as I already don't feel as sore as I was before taking it. Sure I have been working out more but my muscles just aren't as sore and I am steadily increasing the weight. So far, I am happy. Other than being sore whereever I inject mind you. I tell you, I have not had a shot in a while that has left me this sore! Great stuff and knowing that you are getting more test with each cc due to the short esther is what is keeping me going. I do think that if I do decide to run a full cycle in the future that I will more than likely run Test Prop for a full 10 weeks.

Still doing my research on Letro and Nolvadex. From what I am finding, Ndex is typically used to prevent gyno though there have been studies showing that it has helped to reduce/remove it all together. The same goes for Letro at that. However, I have yet to find a does for running letro in an effort to reduce/remove gyno. Suggested doseages is .25mg/ed however, I am being told that this is somewhat low as far as treatment goes. At the same time, no one seems to have an accurate does of what I should be looking to run. Honestly, it is getting a little frustrating. Even though I have time since I am not looking to do this until late Jan, I just want to start putting money together and get things ready for when the day comes. At the moment, I feel like I am getting no where. AAARRRRRRHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
