Back in the gym

So, I have done two different cycles over the past two years. One Test E the other with Test C, both with Dbol and the second with a Test Prop kick along with the normal post cycle supplements. While I have lifted for years, I don't believe that I took my body as far as I could go before jumping on the juice wagon. In my opinion, my joints weren't ready for it. My strength shot thru the roof and my tendons just couldn't hang. I have since been experiencing tendonitis in my right elbow something bad since last year.
I have been a member of a couple of different forums. I started out over at ********* (I know, I know) and then went to Chopdewey. I sort of dropped off the map after my last cycle. Basically as a result of my elbow problem, I then got burned out and started riding a mountain bike again. Unfortunatly this reuslted in my riding off some of my gains. On my last cycle I started out at 174 and peaked at 194. After riding all summer I was back down to 181. Since the weather has broke, I have not been on the bike as much, still eating the same, increased my protein intake and went back in the gym about 3 weeks ago. I am now weighing in at 186 as of today. I don't really have a weight goal if you will but I do know how I want to look. I am hoping to simply build out my upper body a bit since my legs have always been pretty good though they could use a little more sweep to them.
My biggest issue is a little bit of a gyno problem that I have had for years. I can't say that it got any worse with my past cycles but it certainly never got smaller. So I am determined to work through the winter fairly naturally and then run a cut cycle in maybe February. I also want to look at a cycle that will help me to maybe reduce some of this gyno chemically. For my first post on this site I made a thread addressing this. So between now and then my goal is to put on a little more muscle and work on finding a new source for my stuff. I trust no one over at ********* of course and have lost contact the the folks at Chopdewey though I will be exploring that again.
So there you have it. I have some work ahead of me and I can honestly say that I wish I was on cycle right now because I really dislike being sore all the time again!
