so i was just wondering if anyone could help me out and give me some pointers about m1t because i rescently bought it cause i was told it would give me raped size and strength an di was wondering if someone could tell me cycles to do with it and such.. one of the guys i had bought it from told me that it should go 1 week on(10 mg per day) 1 week off then 2 weeks on(20mg per day) and i was wondering if that is how i should do it or if theres anyother ways
