Well what can I do? I just recently had the brakes put on me by the organization that I'm affiliated with concerning my new "hobbie" that I was prepping for. I'll spare most of the details, but I had alot. And now it's all gone. Damn it! ****! God Bless it! hell! Shit! and ****!

WHEN A CHEAT MEAL IS NOT A CHEAT MEAL

...but a binge-fest. That's right! There's a fine line between eating what you want and eating all you want. Now, I am on a strict diet, even for my PCT: eating clean six times a day, keeping my macros in check, taking my ancillaries to make sure I retain as much LBM as possible. But every Sunday I get a little loose. It is the day I eat whatever I'm craving that particular week, and it somehow always ends up being ice cream.

So I start going to the gym this coming Monday November 26th to start my plan. I'll update more often once that is started.

I am done planning for my future SD cycle except for one aspect. Whether or not to pulse the cycle. I've read some good things. Also the whole plan includes a lot of Pills so I may look for substitutes but the budget has to be around a certain level. Below is the plan.
