Where should I Train?

What should I look for when trying to find a MMA gym. What sort of teachers, trainers, equipment, etc. make the best places. I wrestled in high school and am now looking for something new. I'm not wanting to go out and compete. Its more for the cardio and the knowledge. I'm located in South Georgia.

when i was looking, i looked for the disciplines (styles) that were offered, typical class size, who teaches the class, the teachers knowledge and the owners knowledge.
