sherdog is a great website for information and pictures and videos of some event coverage, but the forums on sherdog are basically a dictatorship run by some 14year old kids that dont like new members. I really think those forums are more designed to star fights and banning holacusts instead of sharing nformation.

Like any forum the good posters are excellent sources of info but are few and far between. IMO defend.net is better than most boards for techniques and training discussions. If you want to chat about UFC or Pride go to Sherdog.
