    grappling

    Im interested in learning some sort of ground/grappling fighting style, does anyone have or know of any ebooks i can read up just to get me started, i know its not recommended to learn from books but i just want to have a quick study to get me more interested.

    Before the grappling arts hit mainstream, we started with V tapes to learn the tech. There are a few books out there Mark Hatmaker's "No Holds Barred Fighting" is good Renzo and Royler Bjj book is good. You can find them Amazon.com theres a dozen more out there... Learn were you can

    Go to www.bjj.org and take a look at the reviews. Mike Swains 'Newaza' videos are great, the takedown to sub tape is the best on the market.
