Russian martial art "systema"

I recently saw a thing about systema on the discovery channel and then they showed some kosack martial arts to. Never heard about them before.

Does anyone have any experience with systema and how good is it compered to other martial arts. Has a systema fighter ever been sucsessfull in ufc or pride?

The style looked so intriguing with the fluid motions and all and if it worked for the Spetsnaz I guess it cant be bad
