The next WEC show...August 2oth
WEC READY FOR NEXT GREAT SHOW
World Extreme Cagefighting is gearing up for their next show on August 20th, from the Palace Casino in Lemoore, California. There are some very good matches on the card, including the WEC Lightweight Title featuring UFC veteran, Richard Crunkilton coming back from an injury, to face the champion in Gilbert Melendez.
Also another UFC veteran in Chris "Lightes Out" Lytle will finally have his grudge match with JT Taylor in this one. There has been plenty of trash talk between those two fighters on the internet. We will also see the return of Olaf, who will step in for the first time since coming off a loss to Melendez in the title fight.
The main event will be Team Quest's Chris Leben squaring off against Steve Heath, in what should be a very entertaining match up. WEC is pleased to have Stephen Quadros and Ryan Bennett working the broadcast on the August 20th show as well.
Tickets will be on sale soon for WEC XI: Evolution at The Palace Indian Gaming Center or by calling 866-4-PALACE.

I'm pulling for Richard Montoyo and Gil Castillo. Richard trains with us about once a week, he's ready but not oo sure how his ground game will stand up to his opponent. Gil is a friend so of course I'll be pulling for him,...
