Hi all, Im a long term bodybuilder and strength athlete, I run a company supplying bouncers and door stewards.

Well, I'll be ever more jacked in about 4-6 months. Had my right knee scoped 12 days ago, and it's almost totally healed, but still swollen and I can only bend it half way back to my (__!__). I actually did legs yesterday against the advice of the doctors, because that can lead to further swelling and cause even more time to be used for recovery. So, what I did was did the leg workout in pain, then quickly scurrried over to 7/11, bought a bag of ice, and taped it to my knee/leg in the car as I drove to pick up my son from school, to counter-act any swelling.

Seemed to do the trick. So, point is, now that my knees are scar free and ready to go, leg work will be intense, deadlifts too, etc., and my upper body always stays big no matter what, so it can only get better from here on out. I'll be doing some shows mid next year, and I'm excited as h*ll.

Cool! I figured it was all good, as the site looks very professional and he seems like a very nice guy. Just makin' sure w/all the recent site postings that have been deleted due to not clearing them first.
