yeah i visited that site.
i was just wondering what your thoughts are on it/did you like it?
ive taken shotokan-do karate, ju juitsu, judo, boxing & i wrestled, so just looking for something else to do.

Looks pertty cool to me it covers all parts of fighting ground and stand up, seems to have some good protection gear has well.

Yeah martial arts over the years have gotten really expensive, for stand up and ground like Muay Thai and Jiu jitsu it runs around 100$ per month or so.

I took it when I was younger. Alot of very practical streetfighting type techniques. Isreali's know how to fight.
