This just goes to show how someone can look great in the training room and choke out on the mat. Mike Whitehead looked awesome in his sparring clips and his conditioning wasn't in question...but he did absolutely NOTHING the entire match. While i'm not a huge Rashad fan, he was clearly the agressor and winner of the bout.

This fight was worse than rashads last fight. I hate seeing that mofo in the ring now. Now I just associate rashad with boring fights after this and his last fight. They should just kick rashads ass off the show too.

I think of uf 2 as a programme we have over here in the uk called the X-factor...these people are looking for one person who can make it { AKA Make them money }

Last uf i think there was a few decent fighters there specialy chris leben... i realy like this guy hes a forward fighter with alot of exciting things Plus he can take a punch wich is rare i say in the least.

I hope he makes it big time.

But i dont know alot about MMA but im learning and watching.

Rashad needs his face caved in. His attitude is going to hold him back.

Seth should win the heavyweights. The guy knocked down Bob Sapp...and he should have won the match except for the pinched nerve in arm causing him to discontinue. Add him to ranks of boring heavy weights in the UFC. Pride rules the heavyweight division.

My money is on Luke beating Joe in the finals for the welterweight division.

I agree...Joe could do it. i think it better at grappling...I don't think he's better for stand up though.
