The iceman knocked the Natural cold in the second...

Coutoure retired with class. Awesome guy, he'll be missed by all of us fans.

Thats such a bunch of bullshit I'm a huge randy fan but he got hit before he went down and his leg just buckled. If it was a slip then I never saw someone totally not defend himself on the ground like he did. He got rocked standing plain and simple and then went down. Maybe his leg went out a little bit but he was done.

Randy slipped before he got punched...it looked like he tried to push off his back leg for a shot and that is when he slipped.

I am not trying to say that Randy would have won the fight if it were not for that slip...but, he did slip and that left him open for the one punch that Chuck needs to end a fight. Chuchk Lidell is a great fighter and I would like to see avenge his loss against Jackson. I still think that Randy is a better fighter, he is just not the same guy at 42 years old!!!

I don't think I've ever seen a fighter retire in MMA that commands the level of respect that Randy Couture does. Even in losing this guy is a legend, he always put his title on the line, never made excuses, never avoided tough fights, and maintained humility throughout...Will be missed.

Three words come to mind when I think of Couture:

    Respect
    Intelligence
    Determination
