    Tank could have been something but he was to lard ass to train.

    He is that strong he can bench some serious weights and can curl 150 pounds db.

    Sad i really like the guy too he is one funny dude

    At his fighting peak,how effective was he as a fighter? Could the tank 10 years ago do well today??

    600lbs is alot of weight but he has some seriously horrible form looked like his chest was going to cave in

    Yeah but still, you got to think he didnt even have a bench shirt or anything. That was just raw power right there.

    Goose...

    He'd do worse today if he was in his prime, than he did 10 years ago. Fighters today are more skilled and more well rounded than ever before.

    Absolutly, when he got taken down he could barley get up, let alone being punched at the same time. He did give some good highlight clips though.

    yea that is true hes stronger than me obviously but still form is a must for me 100% if im maxing out or not hes lucky he didnt get hurt have you seen any videos of guys like tearing there shoulders out of the sockets its pretty gross to watch

    Just think though, he's probably not even benching double his body weight, so not too big of a deal.

    In the ring he wouldnt be entertaining, but he'd amke you look like a bitch workin out next to him in the gym. And I sure as hell wouldnt want to be fighting with him after a few pitchers in the bar, hell after all its where he trains. also when he talks shit about aas in mma and says hes never done it hes one person I believe it.

    I know he was as high as almost 350 at one point. But even still just to be able to bench over 600 pounds is pretty amazing.

    Didn't abbott win/lose 2 a japanese fighter in a pretty recent pride tournament..Stale fight tho..Correct me if i'm wrong please!!! Very strong tho!

    yeah one of my bosses told me he was doing uprights with 150kg i thought no way he is to lazzy to train and get to that standard, i thought a ton maybe but 150 now way. after seeing that i will deffiantley belive it, i like tank tho, he is one funny guy. dont you just love the way he got in to the ufc.

    Im just going off of what all his stats list off of the internet on different sites. But I hear you. He is still strong as hell and could cut upp a little and still be just as strong.

    hey can anyone point me to some videos that show injuries from bad form or just injuries while lifting a lot? ie: tearing a shoulder from benching, or bursting a hamstring?
