I had sorta wondered the same thing - looks like a lot of people could be taken down pretty easily - I just figured that most sweeps might leave the attacker in a bad position, so they didn't do them very often.

Forrest did not win. Although, he put up a good fight, Tito held back. He blew out his knee for one and he fights Ken Shamrock in july secondly (I know Ken and hope he wins). Tito out fought Forrest.... period.

yes...those week half ass take downs in the 2nd and 3rd round really showed that he "out fought forrest...period." :P And granted tito's punches were more clean and landed at a much higher percentage...he should have thrown ALOT more.

The punches only count if you actually HIT your opponent. I thought Forrest fought an AWESOME fight and was really impressed but Tito won, plain and simple. Forrest's striking was simply ineffective, even though I could see that with a little more experience/training he will definitely be a force to be reckoned with.

Round 1: Tito 10-9/8
Round 2: Forrest 10-9
Round 3: Tito 10-9
