Can i split this or do i need to do all at once (Bodyweight workout)
I wanna work on my bodyweight squats, but they are so damn hard to do, i cant get myself to do more then 50 in one sitting, and i mean 50 where my legs are on fire and i am out of breath and soak and wet.
Tonight i did 2 sets of 50, and i alternate with ab workout.
I didnt do any push ups cause my deltoids are still sore from this weekend workout.
Is it better to do the squats in one sitting and has much has i can or i can just split them and work my way in doing 3 sets of 50.
Thanks guys, i am really feeling theses bodyweight squats and has soon has the back get ever better i am gonna start bridging.
Great stuff. Guess i wont have to buy a home gym after all and use a tone of bodyweight exercices to keep in shape.
I also have the resistance bands, they are easy to carry and you can do a tone of exercices on them has well, i did biceps last night and add one amazing pump.
BTW i am not looking into building any mass at all i just wanna lose bodyfat% and build a good slim physique for when i start martial arts in September.
Thanks guys.

i'd do in one set. Just keep going till you can't. You don't want to do to many sets because then you are going to over work those muscles and you won't get as much out of your martial arts classes. It won't give you size but it will give you strength which is what you want

Sonar...If you can do 2 sets of 50 squats now, work upto 4 sets of 50 and when you can do that just start doing 1 set of 100-150 straight off..Hell even work upto 10 sets of 50 then drop to 1 set of 300..Test yourself aslong as you progress..Key is to never become stale....Glad you don't have to buy home gym now as they are serious $$$$$...lol
