Kevin Randleman Injury!! Will he ever be back?
Guys for all of u who have had injuries we have seen people come back from little knee problems and little tears but Kevin Randleman got injured in his last fight and he let it go for a while without treating it thinking it was just your usual training sprains and then when it got real worse he saw the doctors and the way he explained it didnt show much knowledge in what happened but here is how the specialist explained it:
1-Completly torn rotator cuffs and bicep tendon in one arm.
2-broken ribs on the same side which led to puncturing one lung causing a fungal infection and the deflation of that lung.
The surgery has been done to re-attach the torn parts and they claim 3-fist sized balls of scar tissue were removed from the lung in the place of the puncture and medication has been given to him for the infection.
My question is with the extremity of these injuries, do u think this guy has a chance to ever come back and fight full power?? I get the smallest sprains and minor stretch tears and i feel like i need to put down the gloves forever from all the pain and suffering. How will Kevin ever fight again?
Also Kevin suffered a stroke a while back while driving and ended up crashing real hard totaling his car. How does a guy in his twenties get a stroke? This guys life is messed up.

the fact that he kept training with all those injuries speaks of his dedication and ability to train and fight through pain

I think Kevin Randleman is so cool.
He is my favorite fighter even though one time he did the most perfect supplex ever in Pride FC and lost the match shortly after.

uh yeah that was aganst some dude named fedor lol.
i or anyone else who's broken ribs can affirm that training ping pong through them is inhuman. i don't know whether to liek him more than ever for being so effing tough or hate him for being so stupid. there is absolutely no way you could not know something is wery wrong with you.

randleman is a tough MF, no doubt, but with the massive extent of his injuries, i have to suspect he had a Mark Kerr style painkiller addiction. common in many contact sports.
