What was the seminar like? Was it just him and a translator? Did you get to roll with him?

Fedor had a translator, his manager, and 5 guy's from red devil that he brought along. including his trainer. i would say that there was about 50 guy's that should up. we started off with boxing, and combination's, followed by grappling and submission. let me tell u. just watching fedor shadow box, is amazing. he's extremely fast. his trainer put on mitt's, and fedor would explain then show everyone the proper way, to get the most out of your punches. when he hit that mitt, his trainer would actually fall back from the impact. he would pair us off, and while we threw are punches, fedor would walk around helping people with there stance, and giving advice. after 2 1/2 hour's we took a 15 min. break. we took that time to get picture's and ask fedor question's, with the help from the translator. after the break we started working on takedowns and submission's. and if somebody had trouble excaping or exacuting, or trouble in previous fights, fedor would take the time to show them what they did wrong, and help them out. i did get to roll with fedor for about 10 min. let me tell you, the guy is quick and strong. but i learned a lot in just those 10 min. he also spent about 10 min. boxing with me. witch was awsome also. at the end of the seminar, we got to ask him question's, about his previous fights and his plans for the future. he's really enjoying it right now he said. he does have a big scar on his thumb. when asked who he would like to fight next. he said the it didn't matter, but he would like to fight mark hunt. not that he has a grudge with him. he consider's mark a good friend, he just thinks marks a good fighter. someone did ask him about the ufc and pride going at it, and fedor just chuckled. when asked who he would rather fight andre or tim. he kind of chuckled but his trainer said probably andre. he does plan on fighting as long as he can, but he said he would like to take some vacation time for awhile. his brother is currently boxing now. and hopes to fight in pride in the future. i would say that fedor is a real nice guy. he seemed like he was really happy for being there, and is looking forward to coming back. there was a camera crew there the entire time, and they said that it would be on fedor's website in a short time.
