Just signed on for my first (MMA) cage fight
What up bro's, pretty pumped already about it, got 3 weeks to get my cardio in gear and have to lose 10 pnds for the light hw division... 34 yrs old and loving life

by 3 weeks to get your cardio up...i assume you mean you have been training and you are just turning it up even more? Congrats and good luck.

Yeah been training for years off and on' Goju, BJJ and Muay tai... the show is being held on the Ocean city boardwalk in Jersey, you can check it out at combatinthecage.com. Thanks for all the well wishes
