Trigg was huge when i saw him in Vegas, he said he was at 210lbs and he holds 185lbs alot better than 170lbs, he said dropping that far kills him. So watch the fight and tell me what you think, is Trigg better at 185 or 170?

I am a Trigg Fan and glad he beat the moron Mayhem, i hope that Trigg keeps on fighting, and he is a great analyst for Pride has well.

I love Bas Rutten and miss him on Pride ppv but Trigg was a great replacement.

Thats why i beleive that the bigger you are the more power you have.

I just started training again and my bodyweight is at 220, i sometimes joke around with guys at my job we sort of fight and throw down, when i was 185 i had a hard time with the guys that weight, but now at 220 it seems so easy.

Frank Trigg is a lot better at 185, lot more power too and has some really good muscle mass.

I didnt know that Trigg walked around at 210, now i feel is pain, if i was to cut down to 170 pounds that would mean eating one meal a day and doing so much cardio that i wouldnt have any energy left.

If its easier for him he should defenitly stay at 185.

Trigg may have walked around at 210, but he must have been very overweight. He is only about 5.8 and has skinny legs, if he was 210 he was fat.

I am 220 now and most people almost get a heart attack when i tell them i weight that much, i am only 5 feet 10.

Most people think i am around 185-190, i am far from being jacked LOL the only thing jacked up right now are my gut and lovehandles, 2007 watch out.

Well i was there and he was far from overweight. He was hard as a ****ing rock. Most of those guys were and i was shocked.
