boxers fracture
I've just got my 2nd "boxers fracture" this time on my left hand, last time was on my right....
Is this a result of bad technique, or is it just to be expected when you punch really hard?
p.s a boxers fracture is breaking the bone behind your little finger knuckle apparently.Last edited by Snrf; 12-06-2006 at 03:11 PM.

no i was beating my ex-house mates ass.
i went down two years ago and when i was inside he promptly nicked all my stuff outta my house...took me two years to get in touch with him almost, and then he agreed to bring it back for a £200 delivery charge. I agreed and then promptly beat his ass when he showed up at my uni today
and got my stuff back for free i might addLast edited by Snrf; 12-06-2006 at 04:36 PM.

Should of used a stick, saved your hands or
ive broken my hands a few times and they take a while to fully heal, so just dont bang them in the mean time.
