You need to know how to workout and eat properly before you jump to anabolics or it want help you achieve a thing that couldnt have been done naturally and will be a waste of time and money.

Your knees bother you.. sustanon will not assist.

Make changes to your diet and supplementation (Vitamin C; glucosamine; MSM; EFAs)

Additionally you may want to try to obtain the Vet drug Adequan or Aflutop... both of which rebuild cartilage and/or reverse inflamation.

Sustanon is not a good steroid , it has many side effects and it has nothing to do with joints. The only way to releive your knees is by strengthening your VMO muscle look on the net for exercises for that, that muscle will help your kneecaps move more correctly and prevent inflamation/damage caused by tracking.

If i were you i'd take this question to the regular forum. The steroids you want to take to get "50 % bigger" aren't going to help your joints out to much for TKD. What's your diet and regiment look like now?

yes...some steroids have a "joint lubriacating" effect...but to take them for this and only this reason...err..not a good idea imho

Go see a chiro or someone specialize in this field and get some x rays, i dont really see how steroids can help you out, i practiced TKD for 7 years and the heavier you are the worst you will be at this martial art.

come on guys...don't blast TKD... it's a nice art.. if they are into it...don't bash it Now if they are talking about fighting styles for cage / real life use...different story...but this thread isn't bout that.

This thread is about love, life and all being one.

I get so sentimental at Chrismas time.

I have done tae kwon do for around 10yrs, It is a great sport and does not necesarrily(sp?) meen your going to get your ass kicked, if you know what your doing.

Give it a while and your joints will probably be ok with all the work they are doing and the fitter you get. Alot of ppl new to it complain about joint soreness but it usually goes away after a while.
