gsp has to fight serra first. i think diego should get a shot at hughes. gsp and hughes wasnt some close decision, he got dominated. just because uve been champ for a long time and lose doesnt mean u immediately deserve a rematch. next fight for hughes should be diego then have the winner get gsp. as for diego being hype, people have been saying that from the first day he was on the scene. hes pretty goofy but with that record he deserves credit.

i also agree but not yet. he would get killed by gsp standup and would have problems getting gsp down with his takedown defense. give him another year or so and he'll be ready

theres people that like him but after seeing him on tuf alot of fighters on the show talked about how arrogant he seemed. that and the fact he trains with sylvia, one of the most disliked guy in the ufc.
also, he use to have a mullet

hes heavyweight champ. 6'8 and can box decent with takedown defense which makes it difficult to do much to him. pulls out alot of decisions by just getting jabs in and keeping guy away. the ufc heavyweight division isnt much to brag about though. the best hw's fight in pride but with crocop (previous pride fighter) joining the ufc soon, sylvia is gonna be handing over his title. go to sherdog.com and use fight finder if u want to learn about these guys. gives u all stats, record and everything else about every fighter there is.

He knocked out Riggs, who cares
Gsp would run through sanchez badly, Penn would either knock out or submit sanchez, Hughes would pummel him on the ground to red stoppage or a dominating ud. Sanhez is 4th best in the ufc, and cant touch the top three

Regardless, I think a little round-robin with those players would yeild some decent entertainment for the fans. The result would be a definative answer. Personally I think it still ends with GSP, but Ive been proven wrong before =)

Just because hughes lost the fight to GSP doesnt mean he should drop that far down the ladder. I wouldnt mind seeing him fight Sanchez but he would win. He deserves his rematch with GSP and he'll get it after The GSP and Serra fight, mark my words.

GSP Is a all around great fighter and I think that his speed was way to quick for matt hughes,I think penn should get another rematch too, with penn because he was schooling him down untill penn ran out of gas in the 3rd round

If GSP vs HUghes 3 happens,,, GSP will own him again. Militich camp sucks now,,, even militich got his ass handed to him by Renzo Gracie like a month and a half ago on IFL.

Not that I disagree with the ranking, but how do they decide who is # whatever in the world with so many viable organizations?

i havnt been following it as close as i should have, who did serra beat to get a shot at GSP? either way i think GSP is going to destroy serra, and yes BJ's ribs did get seperated when he fought matt, there is no way he could have won that fight. i would love to see BJ vs GSP and hughes vs sanchez and the winners of each fight. and in matts defense he was a very dominant champ for a long time but i still think he should have to knock out one of the other big contenders to get a shot at the champ.

Split decision win in TUF 4... really he doesnt "deserve" a shot yet. He deserves about as much of a shot as Florian does but I would rather see Florian fight GSP cause he wont be able to sneak one of those elbows in from the range that GSP fights at.
The only honest shot should go to Sanchez. I would say Diego should fight BJ first, but honestly, BJ has lost 3 of his last 4 fights. He is a good fighter but should not be only one fight away from another title shot.
