    That stupid hump

    you know the rut we all get in once in aw hile where you just seem to suck at bjj / mma . Just landed in one for the last week now. I got armbar'd like 3 times by one guy and he said i wasn't sparing like myself...wtf :|

    We must be on the same planet-allignment-luck pattern because for a week i have been rubbish at BJJ, i taught the class from scratch to these guys and this week i got armbarred twice in like a minute! I wasnt even trying to escape!
    It happened to me before also and unfortunatly its a downhill if you just deal with it, you have to take a few days off, do something completly different, get your mind off it a little, party a little, then feel guilty for not training that time you took off, watch an old MMA fight which inspires you, play that eye of the tiger song and then get back in the gym!!

    Take 1-2 or maybe a week off and relax..trust me it helps. I have taken as long as one month off and came back and put a beating on people.
