I bet he puts up a good fight ... he'll still lose ... but it won't be a 10 sec KO.

Let this refresh your memory then decide

During the gary goodridge fight he breaks his wrist from pounding Gary that hard.

When you put any two people in the ring, unless it's totally disproportionate in skill level, anything can happen. Lindland is a professional who can obviously watch/study a tape with his trainers. I doubt he'll go in there blind.

I suppose we'll see what happens.

Dude, we're familiar with Fedor. He's probably the single greatest fighter in MMA history. I think Lindland will be strong enough to hang in with him for at least a round, but will definitely lose.

Honestly, I was always confused with Lindland being considered on the top of the middleweight division. He's a good fighter, but not that good. Maybe it's just becoming evident because he's fighting God Fedor. I'm goin with Fedor ground and pound TKO.

Lindland is very very good. He lost a very close decision to Rampage. I dont think he will win but it will be alot more competetive then alot of people think. This is not a prep fight imo.

lindland has beat a who who of that division.
    carlos newton-decent win
    jeremy horn-good win
    mike van arsedale-decent win
atonio shembri-the only man to stop him was lindland
    Joe deorkson-decent win
    tony frekylund-decent win
    vitale-good win
    baroni x 2-good win
    miletech-good win

Lost to david terrel fluke and lost to vitale but avenged that. Loss to bustamente and a split dec loss to rampage in a fight I think he won. He deserves all the respect he gets not to mention the ufc cut him becouse they knew he would take the belt from rich and lindland is not marketable.

With all the recent upset in MMA matches i am just going to sit down and enjoy this one, Matt Liddland is boring has hell but he has the skills.

Cant wait to see Fedor back in action.

Agreed...Lindland is a great fighter and has great skills and should make something out of this fight. However, he will end the fight with a loss.

I agree fedor is different but I mean lindland is a great fighter. Baroni is a good fighter. Lindland got cut from the ufc for marketing reasons. They can give me all the bullshit they want about the gambling shirt that had nothing to do with it pure and simple he would beat franklin and silva I firmly believe he is the best 185/183 in the world.

As for sonar he is not boring. He knocked out horn, chocked out newton and van arsedale not to mention tko'ed shembri(only man to do that) he is not boring. He also stopped vitale. Plain and simple if a guy can hold you down and beat you up tough balls.

No argument, Linland isn't going to rollover for anyone, but I think Fedor is still a ways away from being beaten by anyone. JMO....I'm just glad I'm too old to fight either one of these guys....lol....I graduated from High School the year Fedor was born. heh

Calm down he been voted most boring fighter on the sherdog forum, he has skills but always uses the same techics putting the guy against the cage and pounding him.

He's alright but I firmly believe Henderson would spank him.
