I'll start...
My fav is definately the triangle...lately, i like to set it up from the mount by sneaking my leg over there arm when they try to bump me in full mount.
My fav take down is the leg trip... less energy needed for it. I usually try to slip under a punch and take the back and if they give me resistance i go into the leg trip.

From butterfly guard ... triangle to omoplata .... the guy tries to posture up out of the triangle and I go right to omoplata.
Favorite takedown has to be the ankle pick.

Arm triangle/side choke from mount, my personal favorite.

Favorite? I guess that would be a hip toss Karo-style...not that I've pulled that off with any regularity. I also like the trip/leg trap from the clinch.

crucifix or kimura
crucifix - going through your set ups in guard, kimura to guilletin to crucifix and i hip high sweep with it into mount and crank away...i just like it because you get a sweep and a sub. i enjoy sweeps more than subs
kimura - i like it best from north south when you give them just a little too much space so they start to base up on one side and you snatch it up
armbar - one more. i like when i take someones back and ride really high up and they ass up causing me to post off my head and then taking that arm and rolling out. i also get it from missing an armbar in guard and throwing my hips up over their shoulders and getting a foot in partially taking their back.
takedowns..
i like a well executed double leg and when i elevate, i like to use my inside knee to kick out their legs so i land in side...
i also really like trapping the arm from a clinch, working to their back and tossing them over my shoulder. i dont get to toss them much because they are your training partner, but they know
thanks for this one zimmy i just responded to sonar on the other one and i was feeling kind of pissed.

Takedown: Snap jab or palm to the face followed by a standing, outside single-leg trip. Knee to the ground, hugging the opponent's hip.
From this position, side control is easy to attain with a simple spin drill (for those of you who know wrestling), or a dominant, mounted punch stance from one knee.
If mounted punch is blocked with outstretched arms, a spin drill is employed to gain side control. From here, a kimura or shoulder rotation is with control of the far arm.
I've tapped MORE than a few guys out with this combo.

The single-leg trip can be done one of two ways. In a street situation, I suggest kicking just below the knee joint and potentially snapping the leg. Even if it doesn't break and merely buckles, your knee only needs bend down to be in the dominant, mounted position.
Otherwise, a step-over from the front side of the leg followed by a pushing motion is best. Remember to keep your head tucked down and inside with the leg firmly gripped by both arms to avoid any punches or the inevitable guillotine.
