    speed is cool and looks pretty accurate on where his strikes were landing. I like JKD cus they incorporated some ground into it...trying to be as well rounded as possible... though they don't really teach much of that part of it in JKD schools any more.

    Burt Richardson's JKD Unlimited is the exception, they focus a huge part of their training on the ground....

    both Dan Inosanto's school and the IMB Academy offer BJJ as part of the curriculum thought they have one of the Machados (I think) come in and teach it... And it's an extra charge for those classes.

    Yeah, my fried is in to it and he says its hard to find one with a good mix.
