hey guys just needed some thoughts from the pro dudes here from like zimmy, muriloninja, or the other vets. I had a pankration fight a few months back (dont know if you guys have seen it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8d2AiFkkAHM) but i got some tips from zimmy, and yes zimmy my kicks are much sharper i keep my hands up at all times even if im throwing one two combo's cause i was tagged by high kicks so i trained a lot since then. my ground game and wrestling have gotten really good. but i the weigh ins are the same day as the fights, i will stop eating and drinking the day b4 cause im only like 2-3 pounds over and i have til next saturday to make the weight. I need tips on what i should eat after the weigh ins, what to do in between fights to stay warm cause its like a 15 - 20 min waiting period. I will go home after the weigh ins for a nap cause i will be fighting like 6 hrs after the weigh ins. I come out of the same camp as Kalib Starnes (Revolutions) so i have great sparring partners and trainers but i need some of your thoughts and help, thanks guys.
