That's the best move for Bisping, the MW division needs some more depth. The LHW division is so stacked, he'd never wear the gold around his waist.

Since when has Greenwich, London been Bisping's home town?

That is like saying something like Tito Ortiz is fighting in front of a home town crowd at the MGM Grand Las Vegas

well reguardless of where he is from I never liked the guy myself. to cocky and arrogant, not to mention disrespectful. he has never really done anything that has impressed me much either. I was hoping to see him get a real beat down in the 205. there are so many in that division that could totally trash bisbing. well now he will still have to face guys like anderson silva, rich franklin, Dan henderson, kendall grove,... I hope they match him up against some one like jason mcDonald. I dont know he just dont strike me as a guy that will ever be champion in light heavyweight or middle weight. maybe its just cuz I dont like him period. I will never root for him thats for sure.

Will be good for him. I'm not too impressed with his skill, but his heart and attitude are right on.

okay, considering hes from the uk and the crowd was obviously rooting for him. he doesnt get that response in the states and it was obviously in his favor that he was going to win for the audience. give me a break

I would like to think that the UFC is not going down that route like boxing has done.
If it does then I guess im not going to be fan for very much longer.
What part of the states you from?

Haha don't you just hate that.

    Im not a fan.
The guy has no sense of humour, I was going for a piss in one of the Cage Rage matches an he was stood next to me in the toilet waiting, I turned to him an said "hey Mick i'll fight you for the next space", he looked at me as if I asked him if his missus takes it up the arse?.

I hear what your saying but the funny thing is that the only UK judge that night had it 29-28 Hamill.

On a side note they have named Bisping's first opponent. He'll be fighting Charles McCarthy on March 8 in London, England. Should be an easy fight for him and a victory for the home crowd.

That dont suprise me much. he just has that dickhead attitude about him. I just am not impressed with people that are high on themselves and look down on everyone. I think it just causes others to close doors on them. I know that when guys act like they are all that and I see them doing something wrong I wont bother to help them improve. besides they are so great they would'nt appreciate it any way. thats why I just love to see those kind of fighters get the shit kicked out of them. I loved it when Jason McDonald got Ed Herman in a triangle choke and ripped his head open with some elbows and choked him out. Every time Herman opens his mouth its always something about how great he is. How can you not enjoy seeing such a egomaniac get fvcked up.
