    He should stick to grappling and instructing, IMO. He's a good grappler. He just isn't athletic enough and can't take the damage from strikes. I'm like that. I know it, I just know that if I try to slug it out with a good striker, or a heavier boned guy, I will just break. My only chance is to grapple. It isn't a matter of toughness or skill, it's bone density. I don't have it.

    i totally agree.., geo... charles couldnt take a shot what so ever... if it was just a grappling competition then he would be great.... retiring requires a career... he gave up
