Just watched that. BTW, he eventually goes to rehab to the Dr. Drew Rehab Center and returns to the show to find that it's not the best place to be for his recovery and goes home.

Greg leaves the show as well because he refuses to show up for the casting job required to be on the show. He takes up a modeling job instead and is pretty much forced to leave because he won't cooperate with the rules of being on the show.

They are replaced on a house vacation in cancun with a guy and a girl.
