ever trained BJJ while on albuterol?

anyone? i'm trying to cut down a little bit, but this stuff is pretty rough. i'm a little afraid to go to class without having my heart, um, die.

well ive never tried a steroid so cant help u there..... but where are you training and what belt rank do you hold? just curious

I wouldn't recommend it ... but that's just me.

i'd rather not say where i'm training in public b/c of the albuterol thing. i'm in cali training under a master, and i'm a low rank.

in regards to the albuterol, yeah, dumb idea. i went and trained today, and it was a horrible experience. now i have a 60 dollar bottle just sitting here in a drawer lol.

i work with some asthma patients who train and use it no problems
