Didnt he want a piece of Fedor has well.
Worst is that Tito after making all the scene in UFC saying Dana is a monster and he never wants to go back there is now you guest it in negotiation with UFC once again?????
On a side note i am looking forward for a Couture Vs Lesner fight but i would have loved to see him against Fedor has well.

Does Randy have to complete another 3 fight contract and then he can get out, or does he just have to complete the original contract he left without completing?

How does Lesnar, 1-1 in the UFC, get a title shot? I think Randy is scared of Fedor after he saw what Fedor did to Sylvia.

The most ****ing pathetic matchup ever....goddamn ridiculous. Brock will go for LnP...and I see Randy gassing Lesnar out then TKOing him.
Poor Nog, he is th Interim Champ and has to fight ****ing Frank Mir who hasn't done shit to deserve a title fight.
****ing pathetic!

Randy coming back will make the HW division worth watching again. There are a lot of fights that could take place that would be interesting to watch. Gonzonga, Werdum, Randy, Lesnar, Big Nog and Mir are all fighters that can put on a show.
I don’t think Mir can beat Nog though, so Nog is going to almost indefinatly win that battle. He’s time tested, tuff as nails and the guy can be beaten to a pulp, and you’ll never break his will. Even if he can’t see, he will sub you if he finds a joint. He’s the real life Brazilian Rocky.
The Randy Vs. Lesnar is a very interesting matchup. It’s hard to put a prediction on this one. I think it’s easier to assume the outcome of the Mir/Nog fight. Randy is the best with leaning and dirty boxing, but is Brock to strong to allow that to happen? Brocks tank appears to be decent for a guy of his size, and he takes his training seriously enough to be cardiovascular fit despite dancing at the 260lb mark.
If its Nog/Randy then, good match there. Time tested warriors, Randy would be able to use the fence as Nog won’t be over powering him. Nog will be happy to exchange in the open, and be thrilled if it went to the ground.
If it’s Lensar/Nog. Just as intresting as Nog/Randy. If Lesnar some how finds a way to beat Randy, with his size, strength, power and cardio I think he has a better chance at beating Nog as people would give him. Mir beat him pretty quick, but he is very “green” and every day his sub defense is going to get improve faster than Nogs BJJ is.

Randy is done... Lesnar has a good shot of taking this one...
At the end of this "tournament" Nog will come out on top. Simply put, hes the best HW in theUFC...
So can we see CroCop coming back soon as well? Given he beats Overeem of course...
Also, so does this mean we will acutally see Coleman vs. Shogun @ 205 after all?
Anyone excited for this?

I'm anxtious to see Shogun back, he is a big part of the 205 class. I know there were talks of him facing Rampage, but there are talks of Rampage facing Wandy as well. Either of those matches, intresting as Rampage has improved so much.

Be smart, pick up the younger audience who were his fans in WWE.
Also maybe Danas thinking this would be a great way to get Randy to lose, Lesner's hungry, big and definitely not scared of Randy, plus Couture hasn't fought recently and Lesners fresh. Dana could feel like he's setting Randy up for a loss. I mean Dana has to have hard feelings for Randy now.Last edited by BG; 09-03-2008 at 07:08 AM.

The word on Sherdog is, the UFC will sign Fedor when Affliction goes outta business...
Dana White made some comments saying he would be shocked if they were still in business come January, and that Fedor will have to sign with the UFC, simply because there will be no one left.

Ya me too, beating of a lifetime!!! Be great. Dana doesnt like to be forced to anything, this time Randy made him change things, he's gotta be pissed. Think, didnt Franklin defend his title for like $40,000 a couple times, now guys that fought for cheap, got lucky and win the title will want to reconstruct their contracts.

I'll take Brock any day of the week. As long as his defenses are up to date, he should run through just about anyone in the game. The man was an NCAA All American wrestler. People seem to forget that. He also has hands out of this world. He is very sure footed and fast for a man thats 205, let alone 260. My money will be on Lesnar no matter who he fights.

Yes really. People dont give him credit because of where he came from. At least he's not out there fighting a bunch of pussies like Kimbo. He's fighting warriors. You'll see. Fedor would be the ONLY one I would have to think about. Sylvia would get murdered. Arlovski would too. The man is a monster. He has a measuring jab with an overhand right to follow that is fast and quite capable of decapitating a motherf*cker.

I think anyone with good BJJ can beat him. In the Herring fight a good BJJ guy could have rolled for a kneebar so many times, or even rolled to get outta the side position. Brock is very good at wrestling but I dont see his MMA skills at that level yet.
I think Werdum, Nog, Gabe, even Roger Gracie would beat him.

Ive never felt bad after seeing a mma fighter get knocked out.......until that fight hehehe. I really think he would have beaten Randy if his nose didnt get broke, even Randy right after the fight said how hard GG hits. He's young and determined and now knows what being in the big show is all about, but the HW division is much, much deeper now, he may have missed his chance a being champ in the near future.

GG is a well rounded guy... The only problem? He cant beat other world class Jiu Jitsu guys...
Problem with that is that Werdum(Who already landed GG 2 of his 3 losses), and Nog, who is the current world champion,(who has sub'd everyone from Valentijn Overeem, Mark Coleman, Enson Inoue, Dan Henderson, CroCop, Heath Herring, and Tim Sylvia) are on the top on the food chain in the UFC HW division.
Not to mention Mir, who doesnt have world class BJJ, but still has a solid ground game.
I honestly see CC's return to the UFC being against GG. I cant see GG ever KOing Mirko again, if anything, GG might be able to take him down and keep him there like he did before the famous head kick in thier first fight.

Man UFC is signing all these guys, they could be putting together some nice cards, ones to rival Prides. Need to start spending a little more $$$ on events.
