    I had no idea Mir had a 16 year old son

    Good vid with Mir talking about the reality of the ultimate fighter, I had no idea he had a 16 year old son and he was born in 1979, so he was 14ish?

    Edit: His 16 yr old son is not actually his. He adopted him. His name is Marcus and is a child of Franks Wife and some other guy who isnt involved in his life. My opinion of Frank just doubled in notches. He is now at notch 2. j/k

    Well, to be honest im not surprised. Frank grew up in Vegas, i mean, thats his town. He knows everyone there, they all know him.

    Honestly, ive said some mean shit about him before, but hes not a bad guy. A little on the disrespectful side IMO. But overall, a decent guy and a decent fighter...


    I also happen to know that Frank is half hispanic. Just another Frank Mir fact i suppose.

    I remember watching him fight before the Motor Cycle Accident, I thought we was unbeatable at times. His submissions for a heavy weight at that time was almost ahead of the game if you will.

    Maybe my memory is a bit vague, that was clear back in 01 or 02. I just never remember at that time someone his size being that good on the ground.

    And how he takes full responsibility for the bike accident and how his comeback fights were bad.

    I don't think anyone has ever disliked Mir for any reason other than the he comes off as a prick and never seemed to take his fights all that serious. He literally has a career built off one win. Did anyone here watch him fight Dan Christenson? If he shows up in shape then he is a tough draw but he hardly ever seems interested. Ian Freeman crushed him that night
