Question MMA and keepinng AAS gains

If I train MMA six day a week and lift four, will I lose my gains post cycle (granted my PCT is spot on) if I keep up with my rigorous training? I know cardio is usually a big no no post cycle. It will be a test/eq cycle.

sorry.. didn't know if I should put it here becuase it pertained to AAS. If my cals are at 3800 on cycle, then what should I change them to during PCT and post.

Start off keeping them the same just keep an eye on your BF% you will lose anyway but you just dont want to lose to much.....complex carb about an hour before your mma class so that way you are burning them and not your muscle...sorry that will up you cal intake but real dont matter because it will be burned off during your training...BF% test every week to keep track on where you stand along with your weight....and gains

Nice advice...good post. Diet will determine if you keep or lose your gains. Diet is just as important while on AAS and while off, everything revolves around Diet.

I have a hard time holding on to gains no matter what, I am a "hardgainer." I train MMA as much as I can, generally four times a week. I just have to ramp up my eating even more than usual. I have noticed that casein protein helps at night too, it's like sneaking in an extra meal. Also, if I wake up during the night, I eat again. Hope this helps
