big problem
I have a problem....i was sparring and twisted my ankle....i have a fight in 21 days....my conditioning is fine....i wanted to improve it to the point that murillo ninja had it when he fought henderson...but im ok in conditioning....my ankle is not looking good.... I wouldnt want to cancel the fight but if its the best thing for my health ill do it....
I need some advice from the pros who have been in this situation....RIGHT NOW...i cant walk...it hurts like a bitch to even put a gram of my weight in my foot...so its not looking good.....
YOUR honest advice...should i stay on the fight card or cancell? considering the fact that i honestly think Im not going to be training for at least four or 5 days... with the fight so close would u guys do it.....

cancel it. Situation sucks, but what if you get injured worse. 1 fight or potentially your career? Especially with an ankle injury, its not like fighting with a sore off hand and you can avoid using it, its your ankle so its only going to make you a worse fighter. Imagine what would happen if you get caught in an ankle lock?
Plus, if you cancel it now, your recovery will be faster cause you wont be training as hard over the next 3-5 weeks you will need for the initial recovery

Yea Bro I agree with KO, Your ankle is no good. You need time to heal. Otherwise yo will be at a disadvantage.

Get an MRI and go from there.
The athletic commision might now clear you anyway...
Get the MRI and see what the doctor says. Let the promoter and your manager know now.
Give him time to find a replacement fighter.
Its happened to me before. I had a partial tear of the ACL and fought against doctors orders.
Not advisable, but the purse was big.

Competing on a sprained ankle can lead to long term ankle problems. I competed on sprained ankles numerous times. I am paying the price for it now. I know telling someone that you cant compete with a sprained ankle sounds puss-e-ish but you should see a doctor and make an informed decision from there.

I decided to cancel the fight after ur advices......doesnt worth to get permanently hurt over an AM fight..... Ill let it heal ....and ill be back harder....i know friends who have adopted the "if it hurts just suck it up" tradition, and even though they have done well they end up paying the price....im still young and have good years to come thanks 4 d advice people

Glad to hear it...injury aside. If you loose cus of that ankle...it'll be on your record and hurt chances of improving your career.
