Need help understanding UFC 100

OK guys, we all know that the fight tonight is pay-per-view. But what i don't understand is it being on the internet as well. There has to be a catch. Maybe it's time delayed? Why would they have pay-per-view and on the internet? Surely it can't be the same on the internet as it is on tv is it? I'm confused.

Where did you see or hear that it was going to be on the internet. Some people stream the fight illegally if that is what you are talking about.

Yep there are always illegal streams to the ppv fights, often the stream gets cut during the bout and you have to try to find another stream. If it's a card you really want to watch, might as well ppv it.

On ufc's website. It says it's also available on yahoo and ufc's page. Check it out. It's right on their homepage.

yeah you can watch it on Yahoo sports, for the same ppv price.

Awesome stuff. Brocks comments will always be remembered for sure. Hes cocky as hell, but look at that sucker. He has to cut weight to make the 265 lb limit.

He is huge, but even though he cut to make the limit he is still a bit flabby

Dropping your bf to much affects endurance. Wrestlers, boxers, fighters, etc barely make weight no sense cutting more then you have to.

I don't think he should care about media and fans, he's there to fight not to win a popularity contest.

But where does the $ come from Kat? The fans. How do the fans get their info and interviews of the fighters? The media. If he's constantly a prick to the media who's going to want to talk to him? I wouldn't. People will just leave him alone and that could hurt future promos for upcoming fights and i'm sure Dana White isn't into losing money. I bet White gets him to be more personable. We'll see.

So then everyone will want to watch the fights in hopes that he gets his ass beat. UFC isn't going to go broke because of Brock, at this point so early in the game I think they would be stupid not to let him continue regardless of his personality.

Fact is this you play by dana rules or you you get let go. When jon fitch refused to sign rights to use a "look a like" of him in the new ufc game dana terminated his contract till he signed on the dotted line. Ortiz f*cked around so much that on the ufc fan vote for the top 100 fights you could only pick the fights in which tito lost. None of frank shamrocks fights were available to be voted on either. The ufc payed for Nate Quarrys back surgery but refused tito's. Look at chuck a true "company" man and he has always gotten favorable match ups and his star power taken to the next level.

I was at a wrestling camp years ago and that really is brocks personality. Its not an act, he is blunt and to the point. Most wrestlers share that personality trait just not all are as dumb and vulgar.

Bottom line he puts butts in the seats thats what dana cares about. Matt hughes well not as vulgar is just as big of a dick and was/is a fan favorite.

Dana white is an ego maniac uncle fester look alike. Lesner will be around as long as he keeps putting butts in the seat and plays by dana's rules. The ufc keeps far less talanted fighters in favor of fighters who are freakshows or put butts in the seat. Its a business but also a sport dana forgets that. They let Matt Lindland yet give Melvin Guillard tons of chances. Even tho Melvin will never be half the fighter Lindland was or is.

Dana does tend to forget it's a sport and he likes having the power to make decisions that effect people's careers. I was really hoping that Tito was going to show up to that fight and whoop his ass...I don't know what happened there, I was disappointed, all the hype and no follow through.
