Cool Kimbo story

The Tapout guys were on BTLS today and they were talking about Kimbo and his back yard fights. He signed to Tapout BTW. They told the story about the heavy black guy that he beat up,who's eye looked like it was hanging out of his head. Apparantly that fight wasnt for money. The Guy was the big drug dealer in Kimbo's neighborhood and he was selling to little kids. So Kimbo wanted to fight him and let him know that this wasnt wanted in his area and he wouldnt be selling to kids on his watch. So Kimbo popped his eye and the guy wasnt seen around the area for quite along time after that. Or so the story goes..........Not sure if this is TAPOUT propaganda to build the hype machine or a true story,but its funny none the less

Kimbo seems like a generally good guy. I think we will see a different side of Kimbo on the Ultimate fighter. I hope he does well.

Kimbo doenst look that bad, the real Ferguson, i saw many interview with that guy, he is an entertainer and trying to make is way true life with what he has.

I really wish he makes it in MMA, is fallout with Bas Rutten even Bas said that Kimbo was annoying because after Bas told him he was an A-Hole he apologized many times.

Perttu sure that Kimbo will pop up once in a while in B movies, i just love seeing him in there and maybe if things don't work out in UFC end up with Strikeforce.

I have read a story once when he was in Philly doing hte Elite XC thing, him and his boy went out and baught 50 TVs went into the getto and gave them away to people that can not afford them, now being from Eastern Europe and having grown up in poverty, i can relate and admire that in any man...good for Kimbo...i hope he makes it in MMA...

a friend of mine told me that when kimbo started training mma for the first time he was at american top team one day and was sparring with some people and thought that this one guy was trying to hurt him so he went to his car, grabbed his gun and came back in threatening to shoot people. im not positive its true but probably is.

Although it sounds good, i'd double down that it's bullshit. If that was the true story about that fight, it would have been said LONG before tapout signed the guy. Money money money money...

I see a lot of people saying they hope kimbo makes it, haha he has already made it yall, the dude has already had pro fights and is ballin

The part of him coming to ATT and getting his ass handed to him is true ... the rest of the story is complete bullshit

Can't stop laughing reminds me of the time i was a doorman at a theatre and we cough 2 guys going into another movie without paying, we told the guys to leave, they argued, we ask them to show us there tickets and they just left.

The story got so carried away that rumors said we ended up fighting the guys in the parking lot and beating the hell out of them with ambulance and stuff.

People can be such idiots at some point way to funny.

The story came straight from the mouths of Punkass and SCrape from Tapout. They said Kimbo told them,when they were signing him to his Tapout deal. They were telling the story on BTLS yesterday. So if anyone is making it up its Kimbo.

ya i think its bogus, if u watch the video its doesnt make sense to me, hes all like gimme my bread, thats how a n word eats and stuff doesnt seem like the local hero lol.

why are people hating on kimbo? it takes giant balls for... 1 to street fight and for 2 do what he did with the ufc , he could of went anywere and made a few bucks fighting bums but he took the hard way , to me thats what being a ****ing MAN is all about ,true competitor

AJ yeah im watching ADCC, i bought the link. A friend of mine drew Cyborg in the 1st round. Great match. Cyborg won,but there was a dispute.Thanks for the offer any way. Plus yeah i agree about Kimbo, like i said before its probabaly Tapout trying to hype Kimbo.
